Thank you for visiting! Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, feel free to return it to us. We offer a refund or store credit. Kindly refer to the details below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

Returns are welcome within 30 days from the delivery date. Please ensure that all returned items are in new and unused condition, complete with original tags and labels attached. Refunds for undamaged items are applicable but may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, excluding shipping and delivery charges.

RETURN PROCESS

To begin the return process, kindly contact our customer service at contact@rekeafurniture.com to request a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number. Once you have received the RPA number, securely place the item in its original packaging, include the provided return form, and send your return to the address below:

(An address for return will be provided) Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. For your convenience, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your return and evaluating the condition of the item, we will proceed with the return process. Please anticipate a processing time of at least ten (10) days from the date we receive your item. You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

  • Special Order Items
  • Black Friday Items
  • Doorbuster items

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

Upon delivery, carefully inspect the items. If any damage is observed, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. For defective or damaged products, promptly contact us using the provided contact details so that we can expedite the processing of your claim.

Please Note

  • Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges, typically incorporated in the sale price, are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be in pristine, unused condition.
  • Assembled or modified items will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging with accompanying accessories.
  • A return authorization from Furniture Royalty is mandatory for all returns.
