Kindly examine our Shipping & Delivery Policy thoroughly before making any purchases. This policy will be applicable to every order you make with us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer free shipping and delivery on all orders.
Order Confirmation
Upon confirming your order, you will receive an "order confirmation" email. If the product is in stock, we will proceed to process and ship it within 11-14 days. In the event that the item is unavailable or on backorder, we will promptly notify you and process a full refund.
After dispatching your order from our warehouses, a shipment confirmation email, inclusive of your tracking number, will be sent to you within 24 hours. If, after 6 days from placing your order, you have not received tracking information, please reach out to us via email at: contact@rekeafurniture.com. Estimated Delivery
Your order will be delivered 11-14 days after your order has been processed.
Cancellations
Cancellations made after 48 hours of placing an order are subject to a 25% restocking fee, irrespective of whether the order has been shipped. In the case of shipped orders, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be processed exclusively to the original credit card used for the order placement.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- We do not deliver orders to P.O. boxes.
- For freight orders, such as large items like sofas, inspection and a signature are required upon receipt.
- A person aged 18 or above must be present to sign for freight deliveries.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
DAMAGES
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note such as "Damaged on arrival" when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@rekeafurniture.com and we will process a refund claim.
